Increase in car insurance after passing test? RIP OFF? changing insurance questions.?

It is a no deal virgin cell phone that I have had for about a few months. However when I bought it"This past year I'd Unitrin Direct...they were asking me $85 per month...this can be WITHOUT ANY seats or injuries for the last 5 years of my driving history...this is also together with the FUNDAMENTAL  insurance -chicago/">insurance  that you need in Florida...10/10/20...NO impact...and a $1000 deductible.... Therefore by the end of my 6 months...it was time for a revival...they attempted to push me up to $140 monthly for no cause...however no accidents/passes...nothing had improved...i had expected my price TO DIMINISH...they tell me it is a STATEWIDE INCREASE....so i called around... Ended up converting to Allstate who has been getting me $90 monthly (much better than $140 appropriate?)....6 months go-by"I am turning 16 soon and lease or i wish to obtain my own car. Obviously I'll pay half the  insurance   so that as much of the lease value as i may
